Shipping policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following business day. Orders ship 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Please allow extra processing time during promotional periods due to high order volumes. Delivery dates are based on average transit times.
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your personalized tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, simply enter the details into the shipping carrier's website to see the updated shipping status.
If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping courier and you are unable to locate it, please wait up to 72 hours in case the package was prematurely marked as delivered but is still awaiting delivery. If after this period you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@alanadeluccia.com
At this time, we offer shipping within the United States only.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
