Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We accept returns of swimwear bought from alanadeluccia.com provided that they are in new condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged) with original tags and hygiene liners attached. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@alanadeluccia.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that an $5 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund total; however this fee is waived for exchanges when the requested size is in stock. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. 

Processing times may vary by bank so please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not able to be refunded.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@alanadeluccia.com.

Exchanges
The $5 return label fee is waived for exchanges provided that the desired size is in stock. Please note that items that have signs of use or wear are not eligible for exchange or refund. Alana Deluccia LLC reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange due to signs of alterations, misuse, wear, or damage. Non-compliant items will be sent back to the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. 

Alana Deluccia LLC reserves the right to refuse any return due to signs of alterations, misuse, wear, or damage. Non-compliant items will be sent back to the customer.

 

To book your return, please reach out to support@alanadeluccia.com with your name and order number within 14 days of the shipments delivery date.

U.S. customers will be able to use the tracking number on their return shipping label to track a return.

Yes — exchanges are accepted provided the item meets our return policy requirements and is in new condition with all original tags and hygiene liners attached. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested size is out of stock, we are unable to offer an exchange for that item. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
